Users of this site must verify all claims made regarding a property advertised on Country Towns.
If any user has complaints regarding a RealtorŪ advertising on Country Towns, we will investigate complaints, but only with valid evidence of misleading information or misrepresentation of a listing on our website. Our actions are limited to removal or ads and/or suspension of an Agents priviledges. Users complaints regarding specific properties or transactions with a RealtorŪ should be forwarded to the agency the RealtorŪ is employed by. If your issue cannot be resolved at that level, further complaints can be directed to the Saskatchewan Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.
Sellers: Under the Saskatchewan Real Estate Act, it is against the law to act as an agent for a seller for which you will receive compensation, directly or indirectly, unless you are licensed as a RealtorŪ in the province of Saskatchewan.
