Country Towns does not use any personal information collected from its registered Agents or members as part of the registration process. Your personal information will not be shared or sold in any manner, except for that which is publicly displayed on the web site. Such information is available to the public and we have no control over what they do with it.
As an Agent or Seller (herein after referred to as Agent), your name, Town and contact phone number will be visable, however your email address and personal address will not. All email inquiries will be sent to you by way of form email, the person inquiring will only know your email address if you reply to their inquiry via email.
Realtors® who wish to make their full address visable can place it in the optional info box on their registration form.
Country Towns does not maintain an email list for any newsletter or other similiar service, however we reserve the right to contact you from time to time regarding any changes in the web site, its policy or services, as well as for any reason related to your membership or listings.
Country Towns is based in and bound by the laws of the province Saskatchewan and therefore must abide by all government, law enforcement, court or any other authorized agency demands, whether by court order or under legislative requirements, the release of any information about its users or any individual user, or in the event that such order is inevitable.
